St Faith's is situated in a lovely rural setting within easy reach of Dover, Canterbury and Thanet. The grounds are extensive, occupying 5 acres.
St Faith's combines a family atmosphere with high academic standards and brings out the very best in children of all abilities. Children are prepared for entry to Senior Independent Schools and many children achieve selective placements at maintained Grammar Schools. Over the last 7 years, over 70% of Year 6 have been offered places at the Grammar Schools in East Kent; a remarkably consistent level of achievement.
Parents receive a three weekly report, showing effort and full written reports twice a year. Parent/Teacher Interviews are held in the first and last term in the academic year.
The National Curriculum is contained within the school curriculum. Children are encouraged to participate in Drama and Music. French is introduced at Year One. Children have access to computers, a Science Lab and make full use of two School Halls and our playing fields.
Children are taught in small classes by qualified and dedicated staff. We maintain a tradition of good discipline and courteous behaviour.
The school offers facilities for Sport and Physical Education, including football, hockey, netball, rounders, cricket, athletics and cross country. Children swim in our outdoor heated pool and can also learn to fence. Children participate in many matches and tournaments throughout the year.
