A Word from the Head

Chelfham Senior School provides education and care for boys aged from 11 to 19 years. The school specialises in supporting vulnerable boys with a range of special needs associated with challenging behaviour, emotional and social needs and learning difficulties. Boys are educated on two sites to allow for specific age appropriate approaches and also has a small 12 place education unit for boys with more complex learning difficulties, including autistic spectrum disorders.
