Head PhotoFyling Hall has a vibrant and dynamic academic culture. Our aim is to educate, motivate and challenge every child who joins our community and we take pride in all of our pupils' achievements. Fyling Hall has no entrance examination, small classes and a high staff-pupil ratio. We balance a friendly and family atmosphere, where children feel nurtured and inspired to achieve.

We pride ourselves on being a small, affordable school with a large heart and outstanding results. We are situated in a breath-taking location overlooking the picturesque coastline of Robin Hood's Bay, near to the scenic beauty of the North York Moors National Park, with fresh air and natural beauty in abundance.

Being a small school in a naturally beautiful location, with less overheads, we are able to make our fees affordable whilst still offering a first class private education. Our results and testimonials speak for themselves. Fyling Hall's facilities, with onsite riding school, specially built forest school, Astro pitch, Sports Hall and much more makes us a school that can compete with some of the best but at a much more affordable price.

Fyling Hall has a long tradition of providing a quality education, with excellent results, while becoming a second home for children from overseas. We are a small school with a friendly family atmosphere, where pastoral care is at the heart of everything we do, with caring staff, an onsite nurse and a wonderful team of matrons. We understand that deciding to educate your child abroad at boarding school is a big decision for parents, but we hope that the nurturing and inspiring environment we provide will help to make this decision a little easier.

With around 150 pupils, we are able to get to know each child and tailor our approach to suit the individual. Every child is nurtured and made to feel important: pupils are happy and are inspired to achieve in a variety of ways. Year after year, Fyling Hall successfully guides and encourages our pupils to approach the challenges of learning and life with perseverance, and we are proud of the confident young adults who graduate from our school.

International pupils have gone on to great things from Fyling Hall. Some have gone on to study at the prestigious Oxford University as well as Cambridge and Imperial. Please read our testimonials and see for yourself the wonderful experiences had by our overseas pupils
