From Neil Richards, Head of School (Interim)

It is with immense pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend a warm welcome to each and every one of you to Sherfield School. I am Neil Richards, and it is an honour to serve as the Interim Head of School as we embark on an exciting new chapter in the history of Sherfield.

Sherfield School has long been a place of educational excellence, fostering a nurturing environment where students can grow academically, socially, and personally. It is our commitment to continue this legacy while embracing change and innovation.

If you head over to our website you will find a wealth of information about our school's rich history, our dedicated staff, our outstanding educational programs, and the diverse range of opportunities we offer to our students. From early years to sixth form, we are committed to providing an exceptional educational journey that prepares our students for a dynamic and ever-changing world.

I encourage you to explore our website thoroughly. You will discover details about our curriculum, co-curricular activities, and our commitment to holistic development. We aim to nurture not only academic prowess but also character, leadership, and a lifelong love for learning.

As an interim leader, I am committed to maintaining the values that Sherfield School holds dear. However, I also recognise the importance of listening to our community and evolving in response to your needs and aspirations. Your input and feedback are invaluable to us, and we are dedicated to fostering a culture of open communication.

At Sherfield, we believe that education is a partnership between school, students, parents, and the wider community. Together, we can create an environment where our students thrive and develop into well-rounded, compassionate, and resilient individuals.

I invite you to engage with us through our website, our social media channels, and by attending our school events. Together, we will continue to make Sherfield School a place where dreams are nurtured, talents are discovered, and futures are shaped.

If you have any questions, or would like to visit the school, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our students take great pride in showing visitors around our school.
