Abbey College is a beautiful 70-acre campus in Malvern, central England. The College was established as a seat of learning in 1874, provides residential university preparation courses (IGCSE, A level, Foundation) and English Language courses (long and short-term) for students from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. Courses are offered on a co-educational, fully-residential basis. We’re fully accredited and recognised by the appropriate regulating bodies.

Class are small, success rates are high, fees are all-inclusive and a high level of residential care is provided.

Campus
Abbey College has an outstanding campus, with all of the necessary facilities available on site. We run over 30 different supervised sports and activities, which run according to numbers and the time of year, and are included in the fees.

The Academic School (minimum age 14) offers GCSE/IGCSE, AS/A Level and University Foundation Programmes in a variety of subjects. We aim to give the best possible preparation for students wanting to study at some of the best universities in the UK and overseas.

Subjects we specialise in include Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English, Business, Accounting, I.T. and Art. We also run a unique Foundation Course for Medicine in conjunction with the renowned First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, amongst others. English Language training is included in all courses where necessary.

The English Language School falls into two main categories – English All Year and Summer and Easter Vacation Courses.

The English All Year programmes (minimum age 12) are intensive courses run year-round, from 2 - 36 weeks. If required students can study to gain a recognised English language qualification (such as IELTS, TOEFL, IGCSE, A Level and the various Cambridge ESOL certificates).

The Vacation Courses, run during Summer and Easter periods, for 2 - 12 weeks. These offer general English lessons combined with a programme of excursions (2 per week) and numerous on-site sports and social activities. Different programmes are provided for Children (8-11), Teens (12-17) and Adults (18+).

Students at The Abbey College receive a 24-hour welfare service. Meals on-campus are included. Accommodation is in single or shared rooms in supervised residential houses on-site. Superior accommodation and private bathrooms are further options.
