Six aspiring artists at ACS Egham recently displayed their work at an exhibition showcasing the results of their two-year International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Art course. Each student, aged 17- 18 years, exhibited around 12 pieces of art as well as their research workbooks.

The exhibition was for one week, from 16th 20th March. On the 18th March, family and friends of the student exhibitors gathered together to view the work at an afternoon reception.

The art exhibition was also part of the students' final exam, as photos of their artwork and workbook pages were submitted to the moderators of the IB for assessment.

Andrew Vaughan, Head of Visual Arts at ACS Egham, has said of the event:

'The art exhibition was a celebration of two years of creativity and hard work! It was very rewarding to see all the work together and see the students happy that they have reached this stage of their course.'
