Rugby selection for Matt

Oakham sport scholar Matt Riddington has been selected to join the England Rugby North U18 training group. His first training session will be at the end of the month, which will give him the opportunity to not only be coached but also ‘seen’ by key influencers John Fletcher and Peter Walton. Matt has been selected to participate in the training group following his performances in the Leicester Tigers Academy U18 Festival, which took place in August. He was certainly a stand-out player during the festival, which he competed in alongside his fellow Oakham teammate, Alex Worth.
