Students from ACS Egham celebrated the end of an era at their graduation ceremony, attended by over 250 well-wishers, including family members, teachers and friends. This year’s cohort, aged 17-18 years, have just completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, an extremely rigorous internationally recognised pre-university qualification. Students were also awarded the ACS High School Diploma for which they earned credits while studying the IB MYP and DP programmes throughout High School. Inspiring students at ACS Egham’s graduation ceremony was guest speaker Tori James, the youngest British woman and first Welsh woman, to climb the summit of Mount Everest. Richard Naylor, High School Principal, commented: “The graduation ceremony was certainly an event to remember. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to come together as a community and hear from student speakers we have watched learn and grow, and the inspirational Tori James. “I’d like to wish the students every success as they embark on the next steps of their lives.”
