Over sixty children from ACS Cobham joined a 6000-strong choir as part of the annual 'Voice In A Million' (VIAM) concert held at SSE Arena Wembley, London. Schools from across the country performed in the choir galleries which were based in the stadium's circle seats whilst an audience of family, friends and members of the public sat in the stalls. First set up in 2009, the 'Voice In A Million' concert promotes school singing whilst raising awareness of children in care and the importance of adoption and fostering. The concert also raises funds for Adoption UK. ACS Cobham's choir, which included students from the Lower School, spent the term rehearsing for the concert, learning the set song list. Zoe Lees, Head of Music at ACS Cobham, commented: "Hearing all 6000 voices singing together is a truly inspirational and uplifting experience. Our students performed wonderfully and I am sure the audience enjoyed the experience as much as we did - it really is the world's most spectacular school concert." A VIAM stage choir and soloists lead the performances and the concert also featured special appearances from Voice UK Kids finalists, Courtney Hadwin, Lil T and Ricardo Atherton; boy band and Youtube stars, Roadtrip; and singer, HRVY.
