Sport, Music and Drama play a huge part in life at the Ursuline Preparatory School. Sporting activities are an integral part of the school curriculum and also part of the many extra-curricular clubs that the school offers. The school has experienced success at national, regional and local levels. Music is seen as being a creative and enjoyable activity as well as a highly academic and demanding subject. In addition to twice weekly lessons, children can have private lessons with many of the peripatetic staff, playing piano, flute, violin, guitar and drums. Theatre club and speech and drama lessons take place weekly. Bi-annually there is a whole school production that takes place at a local Theatre, the whole school participates. The latest production of Rock on Cinderella was a resounding success and enjoyed by both children and parents.
