The Food and Design Technology facility at Spratton Hall has been totally refurbished and modernised creating a most exciting environment combining Design Technology, Food Technology and ICT.

In Food Technology, areas studied by our pupils, include nutrition, food safety and hygiene. Design Technology at Spratton Hall brings together many skills both mental and physical using different materials such as textile, electronic, resistant material and mechanisms. Food and Design Technology is seen as an important part of the cross-curricular learning allowing pupils to apply practical solutions to ideas and concepts learnt in other subject areas.
