Josh Simmons shortlisted for Corbin Prize 2012

Published on isbi School News dated Monday 14th of January 2013

The School is delighted to announce that Josh Simmons (W) has just been shortlisted for the Corbin Prize 2012.

The Corbin Prize is a photographic competition which invites photographic submissions from schoolchildren from around Norfolk. The competition's aim is to encourage awareness, understanding and appreciation of the Norfolk countryside. This year's theme was based on Norfolk: A Changing Landscape, with the judges looking for a single photograph that captures how the Norfolk landscape has changed or is likely to change due to human, technological, environmental, seasonal or time-related factors.

The final announcement of the winners and runner-ups in the competition will take place at an informal ceremony on Tuesday 26th March from 5.30-7.00pm at the Fairhurst Gallery, Bedford Street, Norwich. Josh and his parents have been invited to attend and we wish him the very best of luck.
