Visiting pupils enjoy Gresham's Prep School's Art Taster Weekend

On 1st and 2nd March, Gresham's Prep School welcomed ten Year 5 and 6 pupils from other schools for the Art and Boarding Taster weekend. Working alongside Gresham's pupils, the visitors were guided through a series of Art workshops, including experimental drawing, mono-printing and sculpture. Artworks were all directly inspired by drawings, paintings and sculptures by Pablo Picasso - Head of Art, Mrs Li-Rocchi's all-time favourite artist!

The visiting pupils also boarded for the night and had a fantastic time making new friends, trying out the adventure play area, sleeping in bunk beds and enjoying the lovely food.

At the end of the weekend, participants greeted their parents with a smile and a folder of artwork. Fun was had by all!
