High Jump success for Gresham's pupil

Gresham's Third Form pupil William Dugdale has been selected to represent Norfolk at the National Schools' Athletics Championships taking place in Birmingham on 5th/6th July 2013.

William, who recently competed at the County Championships, won the Junior Boys' High Jump clearing the national qualifying height of 1m 72. Only thirty-one athletes in Norfolk across six age groups (boys and girls) have achieved the national qualifying standard this season and Norfolk can only select twenty-five athletes for their National Schools' squad. The School is therefore delighted to report that William has been selected to represent Norfolk in this team.
