"To my family, ACG Sunderland can be summed up in three words: Determination, Preparation and Perseverance. Since beginning at Sunderland, my son has learnt how powerful these three traits are in helping him reach his goals. The programme that is undertaken in the junior college has taught him that you work to the best of your ability at all times and that hard work produces results to be proud of. The teaching staff are committed to ensure that each student works to the best of their ability and that each lesson has a positive learning environment that makes students feel supported as they strive to improve. The comprehensive range of subjects at Years 7-10 means that my son is able to make an informed decision about his senior subject choices and has a solid foundation from which to build future study. The range of co-curricular activities has allowed him to develop worthwhile friendships and also learn the importance of balancing study with sport and music. His involvement in the house system, sports, music and high quality academic situations has lead to the development of a compassionate young man that is very proud of belonging to the ACG Sunderland community." -Barbara
