EPQ Project

Published by Sherborne Girls on Tuesday 23rd of May 2023

Last weekend, Bella (L6) went above and beyond for her EPQ project. Titled ‘Eating to be happy or eating to be healthy?’, Bella put together a menu that put this question to the test. On Saturday she set up the SG horsebox selling homemade Paprika Halloumi Salad, Pesto Pasta with Fish and an Adapted Rocky Road as part of her research.

Working with our staff to cover health and safety, risk assessments, food nutrition, marketing and recipes, Bella not only produced a successful food pop up, gaining valuable research and evidence for her EPQ but also raised £300 for UNICEF – ‘Malnutrition Africa Fund’ in the process.

Well done Bella and your wonderful helpers (Emma and Ella!) for delivering such a wonderful idea.
