Robotics Competition With Partner Schools

It was extremely fun running the VEX IQ robotics competition, from calling teams onto the field and inputting all the scores, to resetting the field for each match and making sure nobody broke the rules.

Various teams from our partner schools worked together and utilised each other’s strengths to create their robots.

The effort, construction and creativity that went into the robots was outstanding, and watching them function to move blocks on a field into goals was amazing.

Some robots used a crane-like hand, whilst others had a rotating mechanism that scooped up tens of blocks at a time! This event was a great opportunity that we would encourage everyone to consider by joining robotics club!
