Enlighten at Lichfield Cathedral

Recently our Year 12 Politics and Year 13 Religious Studies students attended a fascinating panel discussion at Lichfield Cathedral, which was part of the Enlighten series.

Enlighten is an opportunity to gather for meaningful conversation and intellectual exploration, and this event certainly did not disappoint!

We heard from three esteemed authors on the topic of "Can Christianity save the West?" All three approached the discussion from distinct Christian perspectives and considered the impact of Christianity on the UK's political, social and scientific landscapes.

Issues ranged from the constitution to assisted dying and synthetic biology. Our students were exemplary, asking questions and engaging with the panel following the discussion.
