We are a Church of England, non-selective state boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 11-18, in Bruton, Somerset. We are ambitious for our students’ academic achievement and provide an inclusive, friendly environment — producing confident young people.

State boarding schools combine a free education with high quality affordable boarding. Parents pay only the cost of boarding as education is covered for free by the state.
