St Mary’s is a Catholic, all girls Boarding school, which is relatively small (390 girls). We are an academic school with consistently excellent results at both GCSE and A Level. As a full boarding school, with only a few places for day pupils who live nearby, we offer a wealth of co-curricular opportunities, meaning that life at St Mary’s is vibrant, exciting and always good fun.
These Open Mornings usually take place four times a year, two in the Michaelmas term, one in the Lent term and one in the Summer term. The mornings begin with refreshments and a welcome from the Headmistress, after which you will have an opportunity to ask questions. This will be followed by a guided tour of the school and a short concert in our Chapel. You are invited to stay for a buffet lunch where members of staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
