    Word From The Head

    Mrs A Jolley

The Gregg Preparatory School is a happy and friendly independent day school close to the heart of Southampton for children aged four to eleven. Pupil wellbeing is at the heart of everything that we do.

Our modern curriculum, which incorporates the Pre-Senior Baccalaureate, has been developed to help every child succeed. We have a nurturing ethos within The Prep and our dedicated, caring staff give the children the confidence to explore the world around them and to thrive within it.

We have high behavioural and academic expectations and, in our supportive environment, children feel secure to take on challenges and new opportunities presented to them.
Prep children benefit from close links to our Senior School in Townhill Park – The Gregg School, situated in 23 stunning acres of grass and woodland.

If you think your child would benefit from our small classes and all that The Gregg Preparatory School can offer, we look forward to welcoming you either at one of our Open Mornings or individually by contacting our School Office on 02380 557352.
