Welcome to Claremont Fan Court School

Choosing the school in which your child will grow, develop and learn is one of the most significant steps any parent takes.

We are proud of Claremont Fan Court School’s strong reputation for being a compassionate, child centred, truly co-educational school of choice for families seeking an academically ambitious environment that educates the whole child.

Set in 100 acres of historic grounds, Claremont is known for focussing on the academic potential of our pupils, but not at the expense of their pastoral wellbeing; for a culture that nurtures pupils’ limitless potential, not just in exams but also in equipping them with the skills to shape the world around them at university, in their careers and in the wider society beyond.

We prioritise, too, an understanding of character and the way in which our relationship with others are fundamental to our successes in life, university and careers.

Where else, within a school bus ride from south west London, can children from 2 ½ to 18 balance forest schools with further maths, lacrosse with the pursuit of a medical career, learning history in a building that made history or playing rugby while designing for a fashion show.

I welcome you to explore our website and find out more about us. Whether you’re looking to join our Pre-Prep and Nursery, Preparatory School, Senior School or sixth form, Claremont Fan Court is a school where you can be you!

    The Good Schools Guide

A friendly school in a breathtaking setting that’s grown in size and popularity. It offers a myriad of opportunities and a first-class education while allowing children to have fun, be themselves and fulfil their potential, be it academic, sporting or creative

    Good Schools Guide

The school emphasises the importance of character, inclusivity and kindness and the youngsters we met were charming, keen to quiz us on why we were there and eager to talk about the support they get.

    Talk Education

This school is booming thanks to its reputation for inclusivity and celebrating children for what they enjoy and excel at, not what the school wants them to be. The curriculum is very broad, allowing pupils to find their thing and fly with it, whether its in the creative, sporting or academic...
