Year 6 Take 5!

Year 6 had the opportunity to create their own blockbuster in just one morning!

The children were given an opportunity to learn about film making and to spend half a day devising, filming and editing an all singing, all dancing blockbuster, ready for a red carpet premiere for parents and friends on Thursday 7th March in the Centenary Hall.

All the children had a chance to be involved in all aspects of the production. The workshop was led by Mr Riggs, Ms Huckle and myself as well as a professional cameraman and editor.

The children thoroughly enjoyed this amazing experience and the film premiere was a huge success as the Hall was transformed into an Oscar award ceremony.

The children loved seeing themselves in the film about the haunted Taunton Prep School of the Performing Arts!!
