A Taste of India!

Year 4 pupils at Berkhampstead School, Cheltenham took their study of India one step further than the norm as they rustled up chapattis in the Food Tech room. A mildly spiced dhal was served, which most sampled with their own version of the chapatti recipe. Some chapattis were more palatable than others, having been kneaded well and rolled impressively thinly before being cooked in the smoking-hot pan. There were smiles all round as they were served up.
