Yateley Manor School's Big Bash Cash
Published by Yateley Manor School on Wednesday 12th of January 2011
The entrepreneurial spirit is clearly alive and well at Yateley Manor as pupils raised a whopping £894 for charity at their annual Big Bash. This unique and very popular Yateley Manor tradition sees the children organising themselves into small groups and coming up with ideas for games and stalls. It is then up to them to collect together everything that they need. Stalls had a maximum price of 20p a go and all money raised went to the school charity, CHASE.
As usual, there was no shortage of ideas with stalls including penalty shootouts, face painting, lucky dip in gunk, blindfold doughnut eating and craft stalls.
