Form Three Trip to Sudbury Hall

Form 3 recently had a very enjoyable trip to Sudbury Hall to enrich their understanding of the lives of Victorian children. Clipboards in hand, they found lots of information regarding toys and games from the past and even had the chance to become 'climbing boys', by crawling up a Victorian chimney.

The Victorian schoolroom was a real experience. The look of fear on the children's faces as the 'school ma'am' entered the room was a sight to behold. After suffering a very 'boring' Victorian lesson they all agreed that they would appreciate Smallwood a lot more in future!
