Success at St Mary's Shaftesbury

Girls at St Mary's Shaftesbury are celebrating offers from Oxford and Cambridge this year, to read French and Portuguese and Anthropology. Our academic success is testimony to the hard work and dedication of the girls at St Mary's, as the school continues to foster individual success, allowing every girl to grow as an individual and nurturing her strengths.

This year we saw a fantastic number of girls attend our Entrance Examination Day and we are delighted to award Scholarships to girls from Thomas Hardye, Hanford, Perrott Hill, Knighton House, Durweston, St Andrews Primary, Abbey Primary, Wardour and Leaden Hall.

Our next Open Mornings are on Friday 6th March and Saturday 25th April, providing the opportunity to talk to staff, have a tour of the school given by the girls and to experience a little of the unique atmosphere that is St Mary's. You will hear about our ethos, our exceptional holistic approach to educating the whole person, the broad curriculum and the range of extra-curricular activities on offer.
