Lotus rev into Gresham's

On a glorious afternoon, on Friday 20th May, Gresham's were treated to a visit by some very attractive and sleek sports cars kindly provided by Lotus and the Lotus members club. Up to 12 sports cars were on display from the Lotus range namely, Esprit (GT3, 1980 Dry Sump Turbo, S4), Evora and various models of the Lotus Elise which growled into the School's grounds.

Gresham's provided the perfect backdrop to show case the stunning Lotus range of sports cars and it was an opportunity to provide enthusiasts amongst the staff and children to get up close to these fabulous cars. The owners generously allowed pupils to sit in cars and ask questions however, much to the disappointment of those present no opportunities were available to test drive on this occasion, not even to the Headmaster who was spotted in one of the cars!!
