Remembrance Service

Thursday 11th November was a fitting day of remembrance for all children through from Reception to Year 6.

A poignant service held on Summerhill Lawn was led beautifully by Reverend Katie, culminating in a minute's silence and a haunting rendition of The Last Post.

Children laid wreaths made in class and planted remembrance poppies on the bank.

As ever, we were so impressed by the children with even our very youngest pupils recognising the solemnity of the occasion.
