Denstone College GCSE results 2022- Statement from Head, Lotte Tulloch

Following on from the news of outstanding A Level results last week, Denstone College is today celebrating fantastic GCSE grades for the latest cohort of pupils. A two year course interrupted by pandemic absence has not got in the way of another year of brilliant results at the College showing that hard work and superb teaching really is the recipe for success.

With scores of top grades and pupils achieving beyond their dreams, Head, Lotte Tulloch, is rightfully proud. “Our continued success in public examinations is a fair and true reflection of our academic ambition and pride. Behind every set of grades today is a personal journey and we must not diminish the reality that these pupils have not had a normal school year since Year 8. And yet here we are, on results day celebrating the very highest outcomes. These pupils have now all unlocked the key to the next stage of their educational journeys and I look forward to welcoming them back as Sixth Form pupils in just a matter of days”.
