Ask any of our pupils at St Benedict's Junior School what a good citizen is and you would more than likely get into a lively discussion with them about the many things they discovered during our 'Citizenship Day' on Friday 27 January. The children and staff dressed as 'good citizens' for the day and thoroughly experienced, through a range of activities, what being a good citizen is all about. I am sure they would all agree that being a good citizen is the responsibility of each and every one of us, just as our school mission states: 'Teaching a Way of Living.
