A small number of pupils from the GCSE and AS Food Technology groups visited Jamie Oliver's Recipease for an unforgettable experience. They were shown how to make a range of fresh pasta and delicious sauces using 100% natural ingredients. The group had fun juggling to balance the 1.5 meter lengths of pasta before cutting them to make a selection of pasta shapes. Finally, when they sat down to eat, the empty bowls were proof of the pudding and evidence of the delicious food that had been produced.
