Royal Russell School All That Jazz - March 2012

Royal Russell School were honoured and delighted to receive the invitation from Shirley Methodist Church to come and play at their highly attended monthly concerts this March.

The 150 strong audience enjoyed a real treat, when the six piece jazz band from the Shirley based school, entertained them with a large repertoire of swinging jazz. One of the pieces was composed by a member of the young jazz band, 16 year old Joshua who plays the clarinet. Joshua was only 15 when he composed the piece entitled Tulipe.
