Announcement of Thorpe House Sixth Form

Our Thorpe House community is, by now, well aware that, in our Centenary Year, we are thrilled to be launching a co-ed Sixth Form.

We will open with our first cohort of Year 12 students in September 2024 - off-site, in the heart of Gerrards Cross.

The new Sixth Form will be selective, offering first class Key Stage 5 teaching, with an emphasis on academic achievement, the development of key life skills, leadership and exploration, extended pastoral care and, bespoke and tailored university and careers guidance.

We will build on our core strength as a welcoming small school that knows our students and their families well, where our staff go the extra mile to create opportunities, encourage success, exceed expectations and prepare each student for their next step.

This expansion represents a significant milestone for Thorpe as we evolve and adapt to meet the changing needs of our students, our community and the wider world.

A phased, timed rollout of information will be shared in the coming weeks and months.
