The Atherton Award

The Atherton Award encourages young women to pursue entrepreneurship and is critical to STEM equality.

The ultimate goal of the award is to incentivise more young women to enter STEM careers and entrepreneurship. It is a celebration and recognition of entrepreneurial spirit, and we are delighted to announce that Anna has been the recipient of this award at City’s annual Prize Day.

Anna has demonstrated enormous initiative, building a website that teaches coding through projects and tutorials and has 3,000 users globally. A huge congratulations to her for her outstanding initiative!
