Old Boy Entertains Year 6 Visitors

An enthusiastic party of fourteen Year 6 boys went with Mr Lawrence and Mr Price to the lunchtime concert at King Edward’s School.  We enjoyed performances of a very high standard on guitar, piano and string quartet.  One of the reasons to go on this occasion was to support a certain music scholar, multi-instrumentalist and WHS Old Boy who played the guitar wonderfully.  After the concert, our team were keen to pose on stage for a group photo.  This was the third such concert we have been to this academic year; it gives a great opportunity to see what musical talent and hard work can produce in these young people.
