Y4 Sports Nutrition Workshop - Leighton Park

Y4 kicked off their DPQ journey with an exciting trip to Leighton Park on Thursday. During their visit, the children took part in two activities designed to highlight the importance of nutrition and making healthy food choices to fuel their bodies. They had a great time following a recipe to make delicious granola bars and worked together in team-building activities to explore calorie content and compare different foods. They are excited to continue their learning in the weeks ahead!
