Holme Grange Welcomes New Headteacher, Mrs Pippa Adams

Holme Grange School is delighted to welcome Mrs Pippa Adams as Headteacher from 1st September. With extensive leadership experience, she is dedicated to academic excellence, pastoral care and providing opportunities for every pupil to thrive.
Mrs Pippa Adams joins Holme Grange on 1st September from Farlington School, Horsham, where she served as Deputy Head for four years. She brings with her extensive leadership experience within independent co-educational schools, spanning Nursery to Sixth Form.
At Farlington, Mrs Adams was instrumental in developing the breadth of opportunities for all children and leading significant strategic change. Prior to this, she was Deputy Head (Senior Academic) at St Edmund’s School, Hindhead, where she played a key role in founding and leading the senior school over eight years, having previously served as Head of English across Key Stages 1 to 4.
Mrs Adams holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She is also currently completing her training as an ISI inspector.
She is deeply committed to nurturing pastoral care, championing academic excellence and fostering wide-ranging opportunities that allow pupils and staff to thrive. Married with two sons, she enjoys the great outdoors, especially with her cocker spaniel, Digby, by her side.
Upon her appointment, Mrs Adams said:

From the moment I spent time with the pupils and staff, I was impressed by the school’s warmth, inclusivity and ambitious spirit. I look forward to getting to know the pupils and parents in the coming months and building on the many wonderful opportunities that make Holme Grange so special.”
Holme Grange is delighted to welcome Mrs Adams as its new Headteacher. She brings a wealth of experience and a clear alignment with the school’s ethos, and her leadership will continue to strengthen the unique educational experience offered to every pupil.
