Wellington Orchestral Masterclass

Four talented musicians from Years 7 and 8 visited Wellington College to take part in an Orchestral Masterclass.

The experience was both challenging and rewarding, and culminated in a superb concert to parents in Wellington’s magnificent theatre.

The children from Dolphin really stood out as calm under pressure and totally willing to throw themselves into something new – I was so impressed’, commented Matt, our Head of Creative Arts.

Sonny (Year 8) gave this review of the day: ‘it was really fun to have our abilities challenged by learning new instruments and new pieces of music.’
