Kingham Hill is delighted to have been recognised by STEER Education, for its commitment to the social-emotional development, well-being, and mental health of its pupils.

Selected as a STEER Champion School for 2025, this national award highlights the school's exceptional use of the STEER programme to monitor pupils’ self-regulation, identify hidden social-emotional risks, and provide detailed, personalised support plans which help pupils to develop self-awareness and coping strategies.

“We are delighted to have been awarded Champion School Status for STEER." commented Second Deputy, Mr Rob Jones. "This recognition is a testament to the dedication and skill of our Welfare Group, whose commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our pupils has already made a significant impact. I am immensely proud of their work and the positive difference it continues to make in helping our young people to thrive."
