FOSH Update

“Baby it’s cold outside,” but for St Hilary’s, that bitter wind is carrying with it the warming rhythms of a steel drum band…

Due to the fantastic support of the Christmas Fair last Saturday, FOSH will be able to purchase a set of 10 steel drums for the Music Department!

It was great to see so many children, parents and grandparents at the Fair on Saturday, thank you so much for coming along.

We are also beyond grateful to all those who volunteered their time for set up, running stalls and clear up. The children’s craft stall was a particular Fair highlight. Well done to all the children whose crafts and running of the stall made £123 that will go to the Student Council for distribution. The Fair really wouldn’t be possible, or as fun, without the involvement of the whole school community. In saying that, thank you as well to the teaching and office staff for their help, particularly Mrs Wynn, Mrs Kinder and Mr Parton.

Lastly, but by no means least, a HUGE thank you to the organising committee of Wiz, Teja, Clare, Angie, Laura, Emma, Hattie and Ally who led by Katie brought boundless energy, positivity and creativity to the event.
