Orchestral Ensembles Concert 2025

Our Orchestral Ensembles Concert took place on Monday evening in the lovely surroundings of St. George’s Church, Beckenham, marking the culmination of a term of hard work by our musical groups who have met weekly since September. 

For many pupils, this was their first opportunity to perform beyond the Eltham College campus, making the occasion even more special. As Mark Alexander, Head of Junior School Music, commented: 

 “The standard of playing was one of the highest we have ever had at the start of the academic year and was a testament to the dedication of pupils week in, week out.” 

While the programme featured a wide range of pieces without a set theme, the occasional Christmas tune made its way in, much to the delight of our audience. Well done to everyone involved.
