Tudor Hall girls plant 100s of trees to mark our 175th birthday

Our pupils have helped to plant more than 300 trees in the grounds of Wykham Park to mark the school’s 175th birthday.

Pupils and staff have planted a mix of native tree saplings. It is hoped that the newly created woodland, thanks to the school’s partnership with the Woodland Trust, will be a lasting legacy at Wykham Park, to be enjoyed by the school community for years to come.

The girls were keen to plant the trees themselves, expertly guided by Tudor’s Groundsmen Charlie and Graham. The trees not only mark our 175th birthday but also support the School’s sustainability efforts, demonstrating how every person can make a positive difference to their environment.
