A Fantastic End to the Netball Season

A fantastic end to the Netball season saw the Senior 1st Team and the Year 10 Team finish on a high with impressive performances.
The Senior 1st Team secured a hard-fought 6 - 3 victory against St Dunstan’s in a highly competitive match. The opposition provided a strong challenge, featuring a player who represents England in the U21 Men’s Netball Squad, which makes the result even more commendable. The team showed great resilience and composure throughout, with Britney (Year 12) earning Player of the Match for her outstanding contribution.
Emotions ran high after the final whistle, as this marked the last ever match for our Year 13 players. Many of them have been representing the school together for over 10 years, making this a particularly special and memorable moment for the team.
The Year 10 Team also finished their season in style, claiming a 24 -18 win over Hayes. It was an excellent team performance, demonstrating attacking confidence and solid defensive work. Harley was deservedly named Player of the Match for her impact on the game.
A superb conclusion to the season for both teams, well done to all players involved.
