Great Week for Cricket

It has been a great week for girls' cricket at Beachborough! 🏏

Our U10 girls attended the St Edward's Cricket Festival, where they won two of their matches and finished 4th out of 11 schools. A huge well done to Elodie, who was awarded Best Batter, and to Jossllyn, who was named Best Bowler.

Our Girls’ 1st XI team produced another terrific all-round performance in their fixture against St Hugh’s on Wednesday. The girls showed maturity, respecting the good deliveries and making the most of anything loose, reaching the target in seven overs to finish on 41 for 2 and claimed an emphatic eight‑wicket victory.

A fantastic performance from both teams and a great reflection of the hard work the girls have been putting in.
