As part of our competition programme this season, we had the opportunity to explore a completely new genre for us through Katerina Gimon’s 21st-century piece, Fire.

Immersing ourselves in its unique contemporary style - with its rich vocal textures and rhythmic body percussion- was a fantastic experience, quickly making it the choir's absolute favourite piece of the entire repertoire.

Performing this in a world-class venue with such breathtaking acoustics was a memory we will cherish 🎶✨
