ABRSM and LCM Examination Success

We were delighted to receive the results of the ABRSM examinations held on 3rd July. All of the pupils performed exceptionally well, achieving some truly outstanding marks, including several record-breaking scores.

It is always a pleasure for our music teachers to see the children’s hard work and dedication rewarded. Alongside preparing their examination pieces and songs, pupils have also worked diligently on the scales, sight-reading and aural skills that form an important part of the ABRSM assessment.

Adding to the celebrations, three St John’s girls travelled to Cardiff to take their LCM examinations and have already received their results. We are especially proud of our Head Girl, who achieved a Distinction.

These excellent results are a testament to the pupils’ commitment and enthusiasm, as well as the support and encouragement of their teachers and families. A wonderful way to end the term - congratulations to everyone involved!
