Something exciting has arrived in Pre-Reception at Sherfield School…

Our brand-new Atelier space is now open! 🖌️✨

But what exactly is an Atelier?

It’s more than just a creative space, it’s a place where children can explore, experiment, imagine and create. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, an Atelier encourages children to express their ideas through a rich variety of materials, textures, colours and creative experiences.

From painting and drawing to clay, natural materials, loose parts and sensory exploration, our young learners are given the freedom to follow their curiosity and turn their ideas into reality.
