Winner of UK Boarding School of the Year

Published by Port Regis School on Wednesday 21st of October 2026

We are absolutely thrilled to share the news that on Wednesday night at the awards event at The Law Society in London, Port Regis was crowned UK Boarding School of the Year.

We were against some notable schools in the final – Benenden, Sedbergh, Worth, Bootham Hall and Aysgarth – so it is a tremendous achievement and honour to have been selected as the winner.  The whole Port Regis community should feel rightly very proud. Everyone who is part of our school contributes in some way to give the children the very best possible school experience, and our boarding school ethos enables us to offer this.

Thank you Independent Schools of the Year @independentschoolparent
and well done to all the other finalists and winners!
