Tormead Spring Concerts

Tormead Prep has been busy this week showcasing their musical talents with special Spring Concerts by both Prep and Pre-Prep. It was Pre-Prep's turn first and what a delightful afternoon, with even the youngest children in Reception getting involved as Ms Hope's class took to the stage to sing 'I'm a Superhero'. This was followed by a number of individual performances, including a singing duet from Y1. All the songs and solo recitals were performed with such confidence and energy that the audience could not help but leave feeling proud.

Years 3-6 hosted their concert a few days later and it was just as entertaining with Years 3-4 singing a medley of songs from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Years 5-6 from The Greatest Showman. Many of our instrumentalists performed with the Jazz Band, Guitar Ensemble, Recorder Club, String Ensemble, Orchestra and Training Orchestra all having their turn in the spotlight. We are very proud of all our performers and can't wait to see where your musical journey takes you next.
